If I'm working out at home, I'm typically in a rush and need to get in an efficient workout. Can you relate? There isn't always time for a lengthy workout... but that's okay! Anything is better than nothing when it comes to exercise.
All you need is an efficient 30 minutes to work up a sweat and get your body moving! I've developed a quick go-to workout that is simple and effective! And don't worry, you don't need any fancy equipment for this circuit workout. Just grab a bottle of water and a sweat towel, and get moving!
