Super Green Monster Smoothie

I love a nutritious smoothie to help me recover after a long workout! Today, I made my Super Green Monster Smoothie- this is perfect after an intense exercise session to help fuel your body and let your muscles recovery optimally. The secret to this smoothie is using Wunder Creamery Quark!

 

 

Don't try to put it in a box- quark is easy to love, but not easy to describe! Think non-tart yogurt meets rich creme fraiche. This all-natural, creamy food is packed with probiotics that are super beneficial for your gut. Plus, quark is full of high-quality grassfed protein and is low in sugar. The higher pH of 4.5 means a tasty, non-sour taste.

Stef's Super Green Monster Smoothie

 

 

 

Makes 1-2 Servings

  • Large handful mixed organic greens

  • 1 medium frozen banana (be sure to peel & slice before freezing)

  • 1 container Wunder Creamery vanilla bean quark

  • 1 Tbsp. natural peanut butter

  • 1 serving unflavored collagen powder (or your favorite unflavored protein powder)

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

 

Directions:

  1. Blend the following ingredients in your blender. Enjoy immediately!
